So, I am not a huge cheese fan, mostly because I can’t really handle dairy very much. That said, this is the third order I have made of the garlic & dill curds because of an addiction. Hard day? Have a cheese curd. Rough personal life, gas won’t matter, have a cheese curd! Dog is mad at you, give it a bone and eat some cheese curds! They will make everything better.

I buy these evert order because they have become my go to snack. This, a slice of their Summer Sausage and a clib cracker Melt the curds for about 15 seconds in the microwave and BAM,instant heaven.
We never had Cheese Curds (squeaky cheese) before and it was very interesting experience. (Yea. I've led a sheltered life ;) ) Good flavor and was really amused at my wifes surprised reaction when she took her first bite and she heard the squeak.
I wasn't sure at first if I liked them, but the more I ate of them, the more I liked them.
