Raspberry Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
Sweet. Tangy. A little flirty.
This isn’t your basic vinaigrette. It’s bright, bold, and powered by the sweet kick of Gardner’s Raspberry Honey Mustard that adds a delightful fruitiness. Perfect for salads, grain bowls, drizzling over grilled veggies, or dipping warm bread when you're feeling fancy.
Ingredients:

½ cup extra-virgin olive oil

3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 to 2 tablespoons Gardner’s Raspberry Honey Mustard (adjust to taste based on desired sweetness)

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 a lemon)

A pinch of sea salt

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:

In a bowl or mason jar, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and Gardner’s Raspberry Honey Mustard until smooth and fully combined.

Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Give it a taste and adjust as needed. More vinegar if you like it sharp. More lemon if you like it bright. More raspberry honey mustard if you like it sweet.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days. Shake or stir before each use.
