Raspberry Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

Sweet. Tangy. A little flirty.

This isn’t your basic vinaigrette. It’s bright, bold, and powered by the sweet kick of Gardner’s Raspberry Honey Mustard that adds a delightful fruitiness. Perfect for salads, grain bowls, drizzling over grilled veggies, or dipping warm bread when you're feeling fancy.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Gardner’s Raspberry Honey Mustard (adjust to taste based on desired sweetness)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 a lemon)

  • A pinch of sea salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl or mason jar, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and Gardner’s Raspberry Honey Mustard until smooth and fully combined.

  2. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Give it a taste and adjust as needed. More vinegar if you like it sharp. More lemon if you like it bright. More raspberry honey mustard if you like it sweet.

  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days. Shake or stir before each use.

Makes & Serves:

  • Yield: About ¾ cup (180 ml)

  • Enough for: 1 big family-sized salad or 4-6 side salads

Serving Ideas:

  • Toss with mixed greens, crumbled Gardner's blue cheese, fresh raspberries, and toasted walnuts for a salad that will knock your family's socks off.

  • Spoon over roasted carrots, Brussels sprouts, or potatoes.

  • Use it as a marinade for chicken or tofu.

  • Serve as a dip for fresh bread or a grazing board.

Why We Love It:

It’s quick, delicious, and full of flavor thanks to the Gardner’s Raspberry Honey Mustard. The combo of oil, vinegar, and mustard creates a balance that feels gourmet with zero stress.
