Sauté this all-beef 12 oz sausage in a skillet for an appetizer that’s sure to impress! Although it tastes delicious when served cold, it is intended to be served hot off the frying pan. Our Wisconsin Beef Skillet Sausage pairs nicely with any of our cheeses on a cracker as well. Remember, it does not require refrigeration.
• Weight: 12 oz
• Preheat non-stick pan to med-high on stovetop. Cut sausage to desired size pieces. Place sausage pieces into DRY preheated pan. Brown to your liking, about 5 minutes per side. Served and eat HOT, with fruit or dipping sauces and don't forget to throw your Oven-Baked Cheese into the frying pan with your sausage!
Toasted french bread, some 8 year cheddar, and this stuff is a perfect combo. I'll be stocking up. We can't wait to get more to share with friends.

Skillet sausage was ok. Kinda had the canned meat taste. Almost like opening a can of cat food. I also ordered the cheese bread package. Cheese brothers does the same and they call it cheese bliss. Very stringy and flavorful. Gardner's fry cheese seamed firm not chewy and very oily. The ham stick are amazing. Beef sticks are decent. The aged and smoked chedders and Gouda is amazing. I really wish I could buy frees butter milk cottage cheese and the wye. Over all I would say 5-6 out of 10
