I toss them in a frying pan! I’m not a fan of cold cheese (sorry, but it’s true) but I’ve gotten good (and quick) at frying cheese. I love it.
I have tried cheese curds from other countries but Gardners are without the best. The texture us nice and firm but nut to hard. The prices are all different sizes fun to eat. The flavor is better than others with just the right amount a hint salt to give them a nice cheesy taste. Others were too bland and tasteless. The vacuum sealed packaging ensures saufe shipping and long term storage. Others just don't measure up. Keep it up!
These curds are like a Cinco de Mayo party in your mouth. Wish they would make these a permanent item on the list.
I found the flavor infused much better when melted somewhat, in a cast iron skillet. The flavor really popped. I even added some chorizo for more kick! Yum!
