Cheesy BBQ Biscuit Cups

Our Cheesy BBQ Biscuit Cups combine the savory goodness of Wisconsin cheese with the bold barbecue flavors, all nestled in a flaky biscuit cup. Perfect for game days, gatherings, or a satisfying treat, this meal is SO quick to put together - even the kids can help.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 count) jumbo biscuits

  • 1/2 lb ground beef, browned and drained

  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (plus extra for serving)

  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Wing Cheese, shredded

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Prepare Muffin Tin: Lightly grease a 10-cup muffin tin.

  3. Form Biscuit Cups: Place one biscuit into each muffin cup, pressing the dough up the sides to form a bowl shape.

  4. Mix Filling: In a bowl, combine the browned ground beef, BBQ sauce, shredded Artisan Specialty Buffalo Wing Cheese.

  5. Assemble Cups: Spoon the beef and cheese mixture evenly into each biscuit cup.

  6. Bake: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

  7. Serve: Drizzle with additional BBQ sauce if desired and serve hot.
