Ultimate Cheese Meatloaf
This isn't your mom's meatloaf! Packed full of flavor and delicious bites of Gardner's Wisconsin Oven-Baked Cheese, this meatloaf will have the whole family begging for seconds! Combining traditional comfort with a modern, cheesy flair, perfect for family meals, gatherings, or meal prepping.
Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef

1 large egg

⅓ cup bread crumbs

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried parsley

½ tsp dried thyme

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp seasoned salt

1 block of Gardner's Wisconsin Oven-Baked Cheese (Any flavor, I used Bacon YUM!) cut into ½-inch cubes

Optional Glaze:

½ cup ketchup
-
½ cup brown sugar
-
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Combine all ingredients, except for the glaze, in a large mixing bowl.

Transfer the mixture into an ungreased loaf pan or baking dish, shaping it into a loaf.

Bake uncovered for 60 minutes.

Prepare the glaze by mixing ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.

Drain any excess fat from the meatloaf.

Brush the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 20–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Rest the meatloaf for 10 minutes before slicing to retain its juices.
