Meaty. Tangy. Snackable bliss.
These skewers are small but mighty. Juicy pickles, savory beef sticks, and creamy Gardner’s Cheese Curds bring the perfect mix of texture and flavor. Add a drizzle of hot honey if you're feeling saucy.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack Gardner’s Cheese Curds (6 oz)
- 3 Gardner’s Beef Sticks (any flavor will do, we used spicy), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2-3 dill pickles, sliced into chunks
- Gardner’s Hot Honey, for drizzling (optional)
- 8 to 10 small skewers or toothpicks
Instructions:
-
Slice the beef sticks into small bite-sized rounds. Cut the pickles into chunks about the same size.
-
Assemble each skewer with 2 to 3 cheese curds, 2 to 3 pickle pieces, and 2 to 3 beef stick rounds. Alternate ingredients for a balanced bite.
-
Arrange skewers on a platter and drizzle lightly with Gardner’s Hot Honey, if using.
-
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
