My mom made homemade cheese....she would get 3 gallon's of cow milk in the morning and three gallon's in the evening...put it in a blue speckled canner, ad a cheese renert smushed up tablet, let it set over night, put it on the stove eye and cook is slow on warm, it curded, you squeezed the curd's, poured off the whey, poured the cheese in a cheese cloth, squeeze it in the cheese cloth, form it into a big cheese ball in the cheese cloth then put it in her homemade cheese press and squeeze it flat, leave it for a day and it was ready to eat....delicious.
OUTSTANDING !!!! We have only tried the curds, cheddar, garlic cheese along with the sausage. ALL of them were delicious and very tasty !!! We are looking forward to trying the others real soon !! We heard about your products on the Bob & Tom show. The advertisement was spot on !!!
Love this cheese I’m on the carnivore diet. I have this as a treat once a week the Original Oven-Baked Cheese is the best.
