United StatesOn a whim, I gave regards to the suggestion to "eat the curds first while freshest"! Excellent as always. My true craving, however, was for the 8-year-old Super Sharp Cheddar, which quickly the overruled the squeaky curds. My craving quickly accelerated with the pungent sharp aroma that wafted forth and surrounded me when opening the cheese. WOW! (Drool) I checked to ensure that I was alone to avoid any obligatory sharing. I was anticipating the first taste to be glorious and was not disappointed. Perfectly aged, aggressively sharp and flavorful, and with exceptional texture as further witness to (it's) sinful deliciousness. Purrrrrfect. Immediately I became aware that an addiction was pending, finally having defined the emotional experiences associated with 'True Love'! Visions of wheels now plague my dreams. Sigh. Consider me addicted! :)
