It's slices so that we can use it on a hamburger and still has that tangy great flavor of blue cheese and has a great melt like a jack cheese.
Blue cheese is one of my favs and this one doesn’t disappoint!!
We enjoyed this cheese on crackers and burgers, and will again. It’s a fantastic blend of smooth Jack and the slight tart of blue. Highly recommend.
