    Holy Moly

I love love love these! Got my first order (faster than expected), and tried the curds first. Checked the ingredients. Tried some more curds. Decided I'd better figure out a way to portion control that bag. So then I tried a few more, put the rest in a zip lock in the fridge, and placed my 2nd order. 100% truth. Worth every penny!

Quite good! Not too strong and a great recipe additive

I wasn’t sure if these would be too strongly flavored, and I was delighted that they’re just to my taste. The dill gives the curds a crisp, fresh snap and the garlic is very understated. I tossed some of these into a pan with potatoes, garlic and mushrooms and put it on the grill. They were a nice little accompaniment and of course I snacked while I grilled.
