Great Swiss& Cheddar

I have been searching for a cheese just like this for my Poppers ( jalapeno peppers stuffed with this cheese and wrapped in bacon and seasoned) It's a hardy cheese that is slow to melt and has a great creamy taste with a smoky flavor. Absolute Indulgence
