Gardner's makes a rotating lineup of limited-edition flavored cheese curds in addition to the always-available Garlic & Dill, Maple Bacon, & Chili Cheese flavors. To keep quality high. Flavored curds are made in small batches for very small production windows. That lets the cheesemakers focus on each batch & ship them fresh while the flavor is at its peak. The tradeoff is that flavors come & go — some return seasonally, some only run once.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Some flavors are seasonal & return on a schedule (Pumpkin Spice in fall, BBQ flavors in summer). Others were one-time experiments. Customer demand drives a lot of comebacks — the more people ask for a flavor, the more likely it is to return. Depends on the flavor. Mango Fire, Jalapeno, & Blazin' Cajun pack real heat. Hot Honey is a gentle warmth, not a punishing spice. Buffalo Wing is tangy & flavorful but not actually spicy. Fiesta Taco, Ranch, Sour Cream & Onion, Pizza, Honey BBQ, & Everything Seasoned are flavor-forward without any heat at all.
