Order before Wednesday noon Central time and it delivers that same week. Order Thursday to Sunday and it chills with us over the weekend, then ships first thing Monday or Tuesday.
Every order is custom cold packed for the forecasted weather at its destination, with a reusable insulated bag and ice pack.
During peak season we ship all week. Transit can run 2 to 6 business days, with exact windows shown at checkout.
Most orders arrive 2 to 3 days once shipped.

Yes. They're made fresh and shipped fast in a custom cold-pack, so the squeak is intact on arrival. If they quiet down in the fridge, let them hit room temp or microwave about 10 seconds and the squeak comes right back.
How fast do they arrive, and is shipping free? +
Order before Wednesday noon CT and it ships that same week, with most orders arriving 2 to 3 days once shipped. Order Thursday to Sunday and it ships the following Monday or Tuesday. During the November to January peak we ship all week and transit can run 2 to 6 business days. Free cold-pack shipping at $69+ to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Will they survive the trip without melting? +
Every order is custom cold packed for the forecasted weather at your address, with a reusable insulated bag and ice pack. Honestly, we worry more about freezing in winter than melting.
How long do they keep? +
Eat or freeze within 2 weeks. Curds are the one cheese that freezes well, so stash extras and thaw to room temp when the craving hits.
Are they gluten-free? +
Yes. All Gardner's cheese curds are gluten-free and very keto-friendly. Outside of flavoring it's just pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, and enzymes. No fillers.
What's inside, and any allergens? +
6 oz (170 g) per bag. Base ingredients: pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes. Contains milk and is made in a facility that also handles other dairy. Maple Bacon contains pork.
