Will My Cheese Actually Arrive Fresh?
Yes. Every order is custom cold-packed based on the weather forecast at the delivery destination. Whether it's 95 degrees in Phoenix or 10 degrees in Minnesota, the packing gets adjusted accordingly.
Our hard and semi-hard cheeses don't technically require refrigeration for safety. Cheese predates refrigerators by thousands of years. We still recommend popping everything in the fridge when it arrives to keep flavor and texture at their peak.
Bottom line: your cheese ships with brains and ice packs. It will be fine. 🧀🧊
