I really love a good blue cheese, but this is a good alternative when you want a snack with that taste but not so strong. I love this sliced on some crackers with apples or grapes.

My favorite so far is the Blue Marble Jack cheese. It has a wonderful blue cheese flavor, not too strong like some cheeses, it's perfect. I've used it in omelets, on hamburgers, and in salads! It's a good stand alone cheese for snacking too. The only sad thing is...it's gone!
YUM!!! Just received my first order, cold and perfect, even in our 95 degree heat in California. First I made a salad with spring mixed greens, Bartlett pear, chicken breast and the OUTSTANDING blue marbled jack cheese. It is delicious! Mild and almost sweet, with the tasty tang of blue cheese. Then I moved on to a teriyaki stick. More yum! Then I had a tiny serving of the Italian baked cheese, triple yum! I’m too full to try the Gouda and curds, but will later. I’m so glad I ordered! I was very concerned about the shipping, due to our high temps here in the desert, and how far it had to travel. But it was so well insulated and surrounded by cold packs. And that cute bag! What a treat! I’ll be placing another order soon! Thank you!
