Honestly though, this cheese is so good I wish I had discovered it years ago. You cannot go wrong buying it. I highly recommend the cheese with parmesan the most. Awesome.

United StatesThe cheese curds that I ordered were not as fresh as the last time I ordered them. They were still good but not nearly a squeaky as the last batch. The beef stick were phenomenal.
United StatesThe parmesan baked cheese is just amazing. I tried it with the hot pepper bacon jam and it was life changing. The cheese is great on its own, great parmesan taste and a delightful texture, but pair it it the jam for a big wow factor.
